Was in today and asked for a tuna and onion paining without salad. When it came it was toasted and with salad. When I spoke to someone she said the painis were always toasted but ive had one in the past not. Disappointed Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10

Hello Anna, sorry for the delay in reply. We are very sorry that you were disappointed. As our waitress said we used part baked baguettes for our paninis so they have to be toasted and it does state on our menu you ordered from that they are hot. We are sorry for the mix up with the side salad though. I think you wanted a baguette and got the name confused? We do not have these on our menu as we have a lovely little deli in the town providing these. In the 22 years we have been here they have never been on our menu I’m afraid.

We went for afternoon tea at the coffee pot yesterday and it was excellent, get so many choices of what you'd like on it. Refills on drinks too which was great as I like my coffee hot so normally drank it too quickly before getting half way through food. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it especially if you are fussy and like a choice of sandwiches /cakes etc. Then it would be perfect for you
