Visited here Sunday morning for the first time with two of my sisters. I ordered a drink. All butter croissant and a cinnamon bun to take out. The ladies did the drink and it was lovely protein Caramel. The one man in their who took my order.. he forgot to do my cinnamon bun so I had to ask again (even though he had charged me), then when I got home to give my daughter her all butter croissant we discovered it was an almond croissant which she didn't like so it went in the bin. It was also not what I ordered. So to sum up the ladies did a great job with my drink, but the male clearly had no intention of getting my order correct, even though he managed to charge me correctly . I'll stick to Costa in future. Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

My partner came in for an order and the manager wqs too busy having a chat with ex colleagues. He gave our order away to someone who came after me and we had to wait over 15 minutes and remind them that we were still waiting. The manager thought wasting our time and giving our order away with bad customer service can be fixed with a free drink. This was the worst customer service ever at a Starbucks. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
