We had our Wedding Reception at Coin Laundry and could not have been happier. Originally our contact was Cara. Her communication was prompt, informative and always helpful. As we got closer to the date, we started planning the food and drinks. Again, Cara was very helpful in assisting us with the appropriate number of Canapes to order to ensure we had enough food, but were not wasteful. The food itself was incredible. Originally we were underwhelmed when we saw the veggie main course would be cauliflower. However at the food tasting this was put to bed as it was delicious - and during the ceremony it was many peoples favourite dish. Additionally we had some guests with very strict, medical, dietary requirements and they were completely taken care of which was a huge relief for us. In the run up to the day itself, response to our emails did take a little longer than we wanted, which did bring about some nerves, however this was ultimately sorted. On the day before the team were incredibly helpful in allowing us to drop off our decor the night before. It was a busy Thursday but they made space for us. And on the day itself, the team were excellent and everything ran very smoothly. The team were great (led by Arthur), smiling and contributing to the festive energy whilst also very professional. They were incredibly helpful in assisting family in packing up appropriately so the decor and flowers could be transported at 23:30. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £100+ Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection
