Had a lovely meal for our anniversary. Lovely food. Steak was perfecto!! Staff were nice and in general, its just a nice pub to be honest. I would recommend. So would my family. Only thing is, ive recently got the sizzling pubs app on my phone but wasnt sure how to do it whilst we were there, so next time I will use this and you get rewards and discounts, plus book in advance. Sorted! Will be back up again for sure as its not my first time visiting so it wont be my last! Plus my husband and father are always up for drinks! Had to visit Smithy's local that appears in "Gavin & Stacey". We didn't go in so can't really comment on the service, atmosphere or food. Shame, but we were pushed for time as we also planned to visit Gwen's home,Mick & Pam's home, Bryns house & Nessas slots on the seafront. Fun couple of hours. All the locations mentioned are in a 2 mile radius. To the Colcot Arms hotel. I hope you didn't take my review negatively as it wasn't meant to be. Thanks.
