TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been trying to contact this venue for after requesting a table booking on their website and receiving no confirmation. They are impossible to get hold of! I now have two weeks to try and find another venue because they still haven’t responded to me! Very disappointed!

Common Room Bath My new favourite spot for drinks and chilling with friends. The music was great, not too loud, so you can actually have a proper conversation, and the bartenders were lovely. They even remembered our drinks all night long (double Kraken with Coke both £18, very cheap for double! ). Great vibes, friendly locals, and open late until 3am. Definitely a must-visit. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I usually enjoy nights out in Bath, but I had a disappointing experience at The Common Room. I politely asked the DJ if she could play a few more popular songs. She told me she would play whatever she felt was right for the room, which I accepted. A moment later she told the bouncer that I was causing trouble, which wasn’t true, and I was asked to leave. I explained the situation to the door staff. The bouncer told me he understood I had done nothing wrong and that he was only acting on the DJ’s request. I left without any issue, though it felt unfair and unnecessary. I’m sharing this so management are aware. I was calm and respectful throughout, and it was disappointing to be removed for simply making a polite request.
