Very poor service. I visited Cooplands and wanted to pay using a combination of cash and card, which is a fairly common payment method. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem to know how to operate the till to process a split payment. There was confusion at the checkout, which caused unnecessary delays and made the experience frustrating. I would have expected staff to be properly trained on basic payment procedures, especially something as straightforward as accepting part cash and part card. The lack of knowledge and confidence from the staff reflected badly on the customer service provided. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not the standard of service I would expected. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
