I used to love visiting The Core. Unfortunately (I think) the quality of the food has decreased. The red condiment sauce seems much thinner and sweeter to me than it used to be (maybe the product has changed). In addition to the freshly cut, tasty vegetables for bibimbap and dubu bokeum, pre-packaged vegetables are likely to be added, such as rippled carrot slices, which are significantly less good than the strips. There used to be a small portion of kimchi when you picked up the food. Since then, the kimchi has been missing several times. At the same time, prices have risen sharply for both food and drinks. What a pity! In addition, the opening times change again and again at short notice. The service is still very nice though. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
