I am so disappointed with this bakery which I have been using for years. Went to collect a cake this morning for my mum's 80th birthday which I ordered personally in the shop myself 10 days ago. They didn't have it and nobody could give me a reason or even an apology. So so very disappointed I will never be through their door again as I have no faith in them to do the job they are supposed to do

Hi Brigid We’re truly sorry for the disappointment you experienced when collecting your mum’s birthday cake. We completely understand how important these moments are, and we regret that we weren’t able to provide the cake as expected. As soon as we realised there was an issue, our team immediately began preparing a new cake for you to ensure your celebration could go ahead as planned. Unfortunately, you left before we could give it to you. While we understand your frustration, we kindly ask that all customers treat our staff with respect. Entering our back-of-house area and shouting at our team members was unfair, especially as they were actively working to resolve the situation for you. We take all feedback seriously and are always looking for ways to improve. If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to get in touch. Many thanks Corner Bakery
