I went in for a tropical mango frappe after not going into this Costa for ages as a regular and local, I wasn't satisfied with the cream too thick and I was given a thin straw which wasn't suitable for the mango part I guess you lot ran out of the slightly wider straws? (I wasn't told if so) New members of staff and I understand if they're learning honestly but should be a little aware and warn before doing the drink. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This must be the worst Costa I have been in. The seating was disgusting, stain ridden and containing holes in almost all the seating. You could not get proper mugs/cups as the old excuse of "dishwasher is broken" was evident (how they cannot wash up cutlery by hand baffles me). This Costa was clearly being purposely run down so that it will be closed Do not use this place. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As always, good Costa coffee, although you could almost drown in the large cup used for Americano! Atmosphere a bit utilitarian and rather stuffy Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
