Purchased 2 Medium Lattes to takeaway yesterday - when we drank them, they tasted awful and had to be thrown away. We were to far away to turn back. What a waste of money - never had such a bad coffee from Costa before. I wouldn’t mind, but they’re very expensive and feel I wasted my money. I await your response.

Came in today for a coffee and a tea, well the tea was disgusting, come on Costa get you act together and do a decent cuppa for people who do not drink coffee, seriously it was like dish water, It went down the sink, not a happy customer.

Really enjoyed the plastic in my drink yesterday and the professional way the staff dealt with it, but what do you expect when you only spend £8 on a coffee and sandwich, which is more than they get ler hour. Was not even offered a refund on that drink but they did ask 'would you like me to take that plastic for you' Not even an apology!!
