3 (4 seater) tables taken up by individual people using laptops. This should be discouraged or at least urge individuals to use smaller tables leaving larger tables free for those in for food/ drinks. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Won’t be back to Linlithgow Costa. My dog was sitting on my jacket on my knee and the staff member woman came over and said it’s not hygienic. Didn’t feel that welcome, downed the coffees and left. Before we could get jackets on she was over cleaning the table like we had the plague or something. It’s not like the place is spotless, under your tables are filthy. Maybe keep the place clean before you are rude to your customers. And if you’re not ‘dog friendly’ then don’t allow dogs in. Never had any issues here before but that young woman was so abrupt it put us off returning.

My daughter loves Costa Coffee. So we all went in and had something. The service was friendly. The booths are ok but I would not call them cosy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
