The food is 5 star but still very pricey. The cafe is always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly, competent and quick. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you want to know what it's like to be served by people who clearly would rather be somewhere else, then give it a try. Went into this branch at 4pm, and although it closes at 6pm the 2 somewhat mardy staff members had been busy placing chairs on top of tables in the main sitting area, and doing their best to make the place seem closed for business. So I paid Costa Coffee prices for the experience of sitting in an inhospitable , unwelcoming environment. The company needs to address the needs of their staff, so they have the impetus and inclination to do their very best to the closing bell. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20
