went in here last week and the girl with the piercings was so rude while i was ordering, definitely avoid going here and if you do avoid any interactions with her. so rude !

Confusing dog policy! Deliberately chose Costa as we use them extensively around the country as they are super dog friendly. Went in here, sat down with dog. My friend went to order and they allowed her to queue before reaching the front to tell us that dogs weren’t allowed. I have never known a Costa not to be dog friendly. Stores really need aligning as it is embarrassing to be turned away once we are inside. Found a lovely cafe over the road however who welcomed us for a cheaper price! Not impressed with Costa Dorchester at all.

Nice, relaxing spot with a great ambience. Occasionally there’s a slight miscommunication while ordering due to my accent.Hospitality could be enhanced, but overall a pleasant place. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
