This has to be the slowest coffee shop in the Uk, the speed they operate and deliver is absolutely abysmal, have been to Costa coffee up and down the UK and have never come across the absolute shambles of organisation that goes on here, assuming not managed at all, really lets down the brand name. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I went to the drive through on 8th April at 8.35 and ordered a large Cappicino, simple enough so you would assume ? I was shocked to pull up to the next window to be asked by a female attendant one shot or 2 ? I asked again as 8 didn't understand what she was saying, I said I just want what I ordered, she was really rude and said actually it comes with 3 shots ?? I said well that's what I ordered. Never ever been asked that before l, maybe she needs some more training ? Will go to Chapel street next time where the staff are outstanding. Shame as there is gentleman who works there he may be the manager not sure but he is on the ball. Service: 1
