The Costa at Blyth was like a furnace today yet no fans or A/C was provided for staff and they were told that they were unable to bring their own in! Nasty employers don’t get my business Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

There were two staff on duty, male and female. I should say they both in the wrong industry and must say disinterested staff I have ever come across at all. Ordered hot chocolate and tffin and the male staff doesnt want to do it so he gave a facial gesture go to the female staff and have to repeat it again. She served it on take away (did not ask whether we like it on cup, bland chocolate like their personality, she then started asking things that should been served to begin with. Oh they know how to smile but not to the paying customer. It they don’t want the task they do, either shut the place or quit their job, they just miserable. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
