Visited this costa on Monday afternoon when it was quiet in store. There was no queue when I walked in so went straight up to the counter. There was one member of staff behind the counter who proceeded to ignore me almost 10 minutes, despite seeing me. Another staff member then came to the counter and the woman who had been ignoring me said to him 'Can you serve her'. No acknowledgement before and no apology for her ignoring me. Very poor customer service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20

Called in Costa coffee here many times the man how served me couldn't keep his hands for inside the paper cup & wen putting the lid on the cup he couldn't keep his fingers from inside the lid of the cup , I brought this to his attention for the second time hygiene was not on his agenda.
