I was refused hot water to make a bottle for my screaming 3 month old, the staff member said it’s strict rules for giving out hot water unless it’s served with tea . She witnessed my baby screeching and still refused only for the customer behind me asked for hot water along with her tea just to give to me to make a bottle! Embarrassing for the staff member and embarrassing for the company! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
