If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. The staff are in need of significant customer service training, particularly one member whose attitude and professionalism fell far below an acceptable standard. During my visit, staff openly mimicked a family member while I was seated nearby, which I found disrespectful and completely inappropriate. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. In addition, when first politely mentioned that my drink did not taste quite right and asked whether it could be adjusted slightly, my concern was not handled professionally. Considering the high prices charged, I would expect a much better level of customer service and a willingness to resolve issues constructively. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend the venue based on the service I received. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very good costa coffee shop. Normally not very busy so no queues. Lots of seats and close to cinema and shops.
