A superb fresh dish with so much texture and flavour, served quickly by a wonderful lady. The Crispy Chili Beef was stunning. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

Just paid £27.50 for a Deliveroo delivery for Cosy Corner Chinese. I ordered Salt and Pepper Spare ribs, paid £11.50 for it. The ribs first of all are very expensive at the price, opened the container. The ribs were battered, cut into 3 inch or so cubes. Ribs should be ribs I think? There was barely any meat and the batter although tasty disguises the lack of meat. In my calculation there were two whole ribs cut up to make it look like a lot, which was half the take away container full for £11.50!??? Got the seafood fried rice £10.50. Again tasty but the prawns were halved, I saw two tiny squid tentacles in the rice with halved prawns and certainly NOT enough of it. If I’m paying restaurant price for a takeaway at least give me more than two 2 inch squid tentacles and halved maybe 7 prawns and call it seafood mix. First time ordering from here, paying £2.20 for service and £3.00 delivery. I won’t be buying from here again. Overpriced , flavourful but lacking ingredients to make it worth the expensive prices! Why so stingy with the what makes the food good food and value. 2 star for taste, zero for value for money and price! Do better…absolute rip off! Not value for money.
