We travel to Devon for a short break 3 or 4 times a year also have a longer stay normally a week. Are first stop on our way down is Countess Wear Beefeater. The cooked breakfast is good. We tend to look for our favourite waitress Roxii . She is very friendly and the service we receive from her is excellent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: The parking is next to the restaurant there is plenty of spaces and disabled parking is facing the entrance.

Enjoy 2 Mains for £12.99 so the offer states. You are a NATIONAL chain of restaurants. Having visited several Beefeater restaurants in the past few weeks (Taunton was excellent) I booked Exeter to have lunch with my son. I didn't expect when I arrived that this promotion wasn't available in a NATIONAL chain. Why does this not get flagged up on your booking system as I would have gone to an alternative rather than enduring the dissapointment of being told only on arrival. The server gave me an alternative much more expensive menu which was two courses for £11.45 (didn't want or need two courses but a single option was even more expensive!!). On arriving home I note that the Exeter website states the offer should be £10.95. I feel that I have been ripped off and mislead not once but twice. My partner and I have loved using Beefeater and have eaten in several locations around 25-30 times this past year. I feel so annoyed that a NATIONAL chain doesn't hve offers applicable to the UK where I can visit Taunton with one offer and yet Exeter has it's own thing going on. If I visit a restaurant I don't expect such differences especially when I receive email offers seeking my business. I shall return to Brewers Fayre and Zizzi. This will be my last visit to Beefeater. Extremely slow service as despite having four staff only one was doing EVERYTHING
