Hi Leanne, I want to apologise firstly, that the first gammon steak was sent out with peas which you had told us you did not want when placing your order. Secondly I would like to assure you that the entire meal of gammon steak was definitely replaced, resulting in the table not too far from you waiting a few minutes longer, as the chef used the gammon he was already cooking for their order, to replace your meal. I can only surmise that any liquid on the plate may have been juice from the gammon, pineapple, or oil from the fried egg on the plate, as no peas went near the replacement meal.
