Robyn, We are extremely disappointed by your review but at least you stuck to your word and left us a poor review. However you seem to have left out some vital information. To start with the incident occured after 10pm which is certainly not in the afternoon. The bar staff did not walk off from you to joke with his friends, but you thought it acceptable to shout and carry on at the staff member serving you. After your outburst, another member of staff asked you to calm down and then you turned on them. Your behaviour was not only rude and aggressive but totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated. You have the audacity to belittle the staff and accuse them of being vile and abusive when there is only one person at fault. You were then refused service because of your actions so did not actually get an order. We have also reviewed CCTV and this corroborates the standard of your behaviour. How would you react if someone came into your workplace and became abusive. I'm sure you wouldn't tolerate but we are expected to? We appreciate all forms of feedback, regardless to whether good, bad or indifferent but on this occasion we feel your actions were the issue and will not be welcoming you back in the venue. We appreciate you may have written this review in the heat of the moment but fortunately the beauty of online reviews is we have the opportunity to respond and include any important information that may have been excluded.
