The team at Coventry Conferences have been supporting us to run our training sessions for several years. The venue is perfect for our needs and the hospitality, catering and free parking always evaluates really well. Ally and the catering team are exceptional. The food is always delicious.

The team on the day were welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful, and we really appreciated the effort that went into ensuring everything ran smoothly. Overall, the venue worked well for our delegates and the atmosphere was positive and professional throughout the day. In particular, we would like to highlight: What worked well The events team were friendly, responsive and proactive throughout the planning process and on the day. Rooms were set up as requested and were ready on time. Catering was well received by delegates and served efficiently. AV support was helpful and available when needed. The location and accessibility of the venue worked well for our audience.

We booked several rooms for a full day conference on a Saturday and everything about the process and day was excellent. The staff dealing with the booking made sure that nothing was too much trouble, as too with the staff on the day. We also booked food for some of our visitors and this was exceptional too. We will certainly use this venue for meeting of this type in the future.
