A trendy and clean place to try new drinks. I got the Left Handed Giant's Pink lemonade radler and thought it was a great beer for beginners like myself. Location is a bit hidden but worth checking out, dogs are welcomed as well Price per person: £1–10 Atmosphere: 5

The beer on offer included some crackers but I am averse to sitting at a table & ordering a pint,do they go back & forwards with tasters if you are t sure what you want? I had to go up to the serving area to see what beers they had on there was no way I would sit & download an app to see what was on offer as it was only a quick visit.

Just to clarify for next time—you definitely don't need to download an app or stay glued to your table to see what we have. We love talking about our beers, and you are always more than welcome to come up to the bar, look at the taps, and chat with our team. Our table QR codes just link straight to a digital menu (which is exactly what is shown on our big screen), so no app download is ever required. We're also always happy to pour you a few tasters if you're unsure what you fancy—and yes, we gladly would have brought them over to your table if that's what you preferred. Hopefully, you'll give us another try on your next passing visit so we can find you a pint you love. Cheers.

Craft Republic is a hidden gem, its situated away from the Goodsheds (where it previously resided) it now is a stone throw away from Asda with a beautiful view from the outdoor seating area over the dockland. Inside is lovely warm modern. The onsite shop is stocked with plenty of independent craft ales in cans as well as a decent selection of really nice wine ( I bought a sancerre £25 ) and equally stocked with some really tasty spirits (can vouch for the Barry island small batch vodka £29) they also stock Gin amongst others. Staff as warm and welcoming as the venue, The guy i spoke to about a recommendation on IPA was very knowledgeable and matched an IPA to ky taste "Steady Rolling Man" by Deya shown in picture. This place is honestly incredible im fortune to live about 2 mins away. They dont focus entirely on alcohol as plenty of dog walkers (dog friendly inside too) relaxing with their furry friends and enjoying what looked and smelled like freat coffee and delicious hot chocolates. My advice... Just check it out im sure my review has missed something... oh one last thing if you like the draft beer they have a canning maching on site!! enjoy your nrw found favourite at home fresh like its just been poured from a tap Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
