Got an iced coffee and felt sick immediately, way too sweet and not nice at all. No ice in the coffee either. Customer service was awful, all the cones were broken. Sticky and dirty inside. Would not recommend to a friend or anyone really. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered gelator ice creams and they were what I best describe flavoured custard, definitely the worse ice cream I have ever eaten, not worth the calories. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I visited Creams Cafe Cardiff yesterday with my daughters, and we had such a lovely time. The food was amazing — I had the Speculoos Waffle with ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious! The waffle was fresh, warm, and full of flavour, and the ice cream was the perfect match. I also enjoyed a really nice coffee, which made the experience even better. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We had a wonderful visit and will definitely be coming back again! Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
