Bazując na opiniach odwiedzających, Crispy Town jest sławny ze swojej rozczarowujący usługa. Goście zostawiają negatywne recenzje, ponieważ Atmosfera jest niewygodny. Food taste burn and bitter. almost 20 mins wait for it so not worth it :3 couldnt finished it Maybe some other food is good, but definitely not this one. ( on their must buy list) Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

---Disclaimer, this is a long review from my recent visit--- Went here yesterday for lunch. When we arrived, it was not yet busy because we arrived around noon. Went to Grill City first to check out their food. Ok, same as in Edmonton. Went to Crispy Town and noticed they have a display of sizzling plate with different options to choose. That looks new to us, I don't know if they have that in Edmonton. My husband ordered the sizzling sisig bagnet which He finds mediocre. I ordered Crispy Calamari value meal with side of Dinuguan. The calamari was freshly cooked that's why I picked it. Calamari was good. The dinuguan however was tasteless to me. I went back to the counter and told the server their dinuguan is tasteless, no sourness and saltiness. I told them to have their cook taste the dinuguan. The server was kind enough to change my dinuguan to a different item that's why I gave her a 3 stars. She said, oh get this Igado, this is really good. So I did. Big Mistake!!! I was already back at the table when I noticed what the Igado looks like. It was a recycled dish! Meaning, it was a leftover bagnet or liempo they re-cooked and made it as Igado. That's why the pork were hard. Imagine eating a deep fried pork, and then cooking it with a sauce. Not to mention the Igado is swimming in fat oil. I didn't bother going back to the counter to have it change again. Sad to say, the Igado was not eaten nor touched even up to now. The dinuguan, you know what happened? The servers were so loud that we can hear them talking while we were dining. One lady said in Tagalog "Hey the dinuguan is tasteless, check it out". Then we saw the lady, pouring vinegar directly to the dinuguan from the food counter. You know those vinegar they gave away in a small container.. The lady poured 3-5 small containers of the vinegar to the dinuguan. I pointed it to my husband and said "she's just pouring the vinegar directly, she's not even taking it back to the kitchen to cook it again". The vinegar has to be cooked too, and they also need to add either salt or fish sauce to the dinuguan because It really tasted awful. The servers at the counter were really loud. We were seated at the far side of the dining and We can hear them talk or rather yelling at each other while talking. Grill City and now Crispy Town is known for recycling their food. They will use the day old meat and cook it a different dish the next day. I already called out the Edmonton branch about this and unfortunately it's a bad practice of Seafood City. Personally, I am OK with food recycling at home, because I dont like wasting food, but If I am paying $17.50 for a meal, I expect the meal to be served a decent one.
