I’m really pleased to hear that you and your wife enjoyed the starter—your kind comments there are very much appreciated. However, I’m genuinely sorry to learn that your Sunday lunch experience did not meet expectations. The issues you describe regarding the temperature and quality of the food are clearly not acceptable and fall well short of the standard we aim to deliver. A roast should always be served hot, fresh, and of consistently high quality, regardless of the time of day, and I apologise that this was not your experience. Your comments have been shared directly with the kitchen team so we can investigate what went wrong and ensure this situation is not repeated. While Sunday roasts are available into the evening, this should never result in the kind of meal you received, and we take your concerns seriously. Thank you again for your honest feedback
