⸻ Disappointing experience at The Cross Keys Pub on 21 May 2025. Two Black customers were mistreated by a rude and aggressive bartender around 16:40. They were pressured to buy drinks or leave, even after politely explaining they were waiting for a friend. The bartender was disrespectful, possibly intoxicated, and made them feel very uncomfortable. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident, I have every reason to believe it’s the same rude staff member mentioned repeatedly. It’s a shame to see such a beautiful pub’s reputation being tarnished by one person. Management needs to take this seriously. Price per person: £30–40 Atmosphere: 2
