Always had a good experience with the cross keys, but went last night just as they were closing a very large unpleasent man (with glitter on his face for some reason) tells us to leave and within a second starts threatening me and two young women who are drunk that he's "not gonna tell us again". I say we're leaving and there's no need to just be escalating a situation (idk if he just does this to young women, because i think a very drunk man would have reacted differently) and he replies "i'll escalate all i want" whilst shining a large outdoor light in one girls face. No one said anything or acted rudely to this man at all, just disgusting treatment frankly. I will never come here again and will recomend neither friends nor family spend any money at the cross keys either, would be 0 stars if it gave me the option.
