Had such a lovely visit to Crumbs Kitchen Cardiff. The whole vibe of the place is really welcoming and it’s in such a good location, easy to get to and just nice to sit and relax. The food was honestly so good — really fresh, full of flavour and you can tell a lot of care goes into it. Big shoutout to our server, a tall girl with curly black hair — she was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Nothing felt like too much trouble and she just made the whole experience feel really relaxed and enjoyable. You can tell it’s a place that actually cares about its customers. Will definitely be coming back and would 100% recommend to anyone, especially if you’re looking for great veggie food that doesn’t feel like you’re missing out on anything. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Flippin brilliant, loved it! First time we have visited, and we will be back. Il be honest I’m a meat eater but didn’t even notice the place was meat free. Was drawn in while walking past and seeing a lady having a giant salad bowl and had to have one. My misses had a jacket potato, my daughter had the quiche and I had the biggest salad bowl of my life. The lady did say when serving it that if I didn’t finish it they could box it up to take home, of course I saw this as a challenge. We visited on Saturday as a returned customer as we enjoyed our first visit several weeks ago. I asked what the soup of the day was and I was told it was on the board behind me and the server pointed at the board... this easily could've been a positive exchange of words. I was offered a sample of the soup when I asked if it was spicy which was kind. My partner is coeliac so we asked for GF dishes and we couldn't help but feel we were being "too much" in asking all our safety questions for when it comes to preparing GF safe food. We asked about cross contamination and the server didn't wash her hands after touching the bread for my soup. I guess that we were right in feeling that we were "too much" as hands were not washed and gloves (if applicable) were not worn. This has put us off from returning especially when our first visit was more welcoming. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
