Very Late Review – Crystal Restaurant on Holloway Road is a Proper Spot! I went there once ages ago for a meal with friends. I was in the Holloway area at the time to go to the cinema and we were hungry, so we headed to Crystal Restaurant for some food before heading home. This place deserves a good review. Most people told me it’s been around for ages and it’s a proper comfort food spot. They recommended it as one of the go-to places in the area if you’re craving Turkish or grill food. The décor is vibrant and welcoming with a modern but comfy vibe that makes you feel relaxed. The staff are nice and attentive throughout the meal. The authentic Turkish dishes we ordered were filling, tasty, and we genuinely can’t complain. It’s at an affordable price as well and won’t break the bank. The grilled ribs were one of the best options we had they were tender, juicy, well-seasoned, and full of flavour. The platter as a whole was delicious, and the shawarma was succulent and nicely oily in that classic way. Everything was very nice, and even the drinks were 10/10 refreshing and well-made. Address: 522 Holloway Rd, London N7 6JD Overall, you can’t go wrong with Crystal Restaurant. If you’re in the Holloway area and craving Turkish or grilled food, I would definitely recommend you go. Parking is very difficult as it’s on a busy high street and Holloway Road gets very busy. I suggest parking on one of the side streets nearby and walking a short distance. Good luck with that! A reliable, comforting Turkish spot that’s been doing it right for years. Highly recommended!
