Hi Daniel, Thank you for your review, we're disappointed to hear about your experience. We can understand your frustration, especially when you're waiting to get your favourite food or desserts and you find that you may not be able to get it. We only take delivery orders over the phone from 7pm, which is when we have two drivers. Unfortunately, on this day, one of our drivers car broke down while the other was taken ill. We were just as frustrated knowing how disappointed our lovely customers will be if we're not able to deliver. In this instance, we do always recommend that you order on Uber Eats or Deliveroo as their couriers would be able to collect your order from us.
