Unfortunately the curry portions have reduced rapidly...they used to give large portions in the silver foil containers now they use the small plastic containers and price us still the same...don't get your monies worth anymore .. they've lost my custom

After travelling all day for work, I stopped at Cuckoo’s Takeaway to collect some naan and sauces to go with a curry I had made at home. While waiting, I politely asked to use the toilet and was sent upstairs. When I got there, another member of staff told me there wasn’t a toilet there and sent me back downstairs, where I was then questioned about my order and who had sent me up. The whole interaction was rude, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. I left without using the toilet, collected my food, and drove home. Very unprofessional service—I won’t be returning. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
