Unfortunately has closed down. If you placed and order while they are closed speak to a human at yoyo and you will get a refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed an order online through OrderYOYO which is listed as ‘Preferred by Business’. Was taken to the usual restaurant order site where I placed my order and paid. Twenty minutes later, when the takeaway hadn’t accepted my order, I rang them. They told me that any orders placed online wouldn’t come to them and confirmed my order hadn’t been received. When I asked how I could go about getting my money back, they told me I’d need to take it up with the site I ordered through (OrderYOYO don’t handle this, it’s down to the restaurant to). Incidentally, the order portal has since been taken down, leaving me out of pocket. Be aware when ordering online from this business. Service: 1
