You were dining on a special Father’s Day “all you can eat” promotion, which is designed to allow multiple courses within a set dining period. During the evening, your table was offered additional time and flexibility to continue your meal, which was declined. Regarding the service, the restaurant was operating at full capacity with both dine-in and delivery orders, which can sometimes impact timing during peak events such as Father’s Day. We always aim to balance all service channels as fairly and efficiently as possible. At no point was food intentionally served in an unacceptable condition, and when concerns were raised, items were promptly replaced and alternative solutions were offered. In addition, a significant goodwill adjustment was considered and partially applied in recognition of your concerns. We always welcome constructive and fair feedback, but we also feel it is important that reviews reflect the full context of busy service conditions and the efforts made by our team to resolve issues on the night.
