Sorry you were disappointed,We always try to make sure everyone is as happy as possible,As is reflected in our usual feedback,The majority of your group of 21 people arrived on time and were polite and friendly with our staff Sadly a few of the group arrived over 20 minutes late,Which we accommodated by starting the brunch later than the booking,Sadly some of the group were rude to our staff which is unacceptable when they were just trying to do their jobs.
