We arrived at the restaurant early, and the manager told us to sit anywhere because he never mentioned that the table was reserved. We enjoyed our meal and stayed for about an hour and a half. Then the manager suddenly came over and told us we had to leave because the table was reserved. The issue was not that the table had a reservation—it was that no one informed us when we were seated. If we had known from the beginning, we would have happily chosen a different table or left before the reservation time. What made the experience disappointing was the manager’s rude and unprofessional attitude. Instead of politely explaining the situation or apologizing for the misunderstanding, he spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. Good customer service is about communication and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I hope the restaurant improves the way it treats its customers. Because of the manager’s behavior, I don’t plan to return or recommend this restaurant to others.

We came here several times during the FIFA World Cup to watch the matches. The food is good, and the hookah is excellent with a great variety of flavors to choose from. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing every time. The staff rarely smiled, weren’t welcoming, and often gave the impression they were being forced to work. Interactions with customers felt cold and robotic, with little warmth or hospitality. A friendly greeting and a positive attitude can make a huge difference, especially for a lounge where people come to relax and enjoy themselves. I hope they improve their customer service because the food and hookah deserve a much better overall experience. Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
