Went to see Kingfishr on the 19th May and have to say the Depot and staff were amazing. Everything run so smoothly and even got the song list from the band signed for daughters 18th birthday, thanks to the security guards going and asking for us .10/10

Awful experience at Bingo Lingo due to the wait and security staff. One of our ladies asked the waitress (Danielle) where her food was (yes, that’s literally it) and next thing you know security are aggressively DRAGGING us out not even half an hour into the bingo. The security company is called Rubicon Wales and one of their names is Zoe. I have emailed Bingo Lingo, The Depot and Rubicon Wales and haven’t had a single response or acknowledgment. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. They’ll also scream in your face if you even put your knee on the benches. We had been looking forward to this for months for my sister hen party and because of this experience we are now left traumatised and bruised all over.
