I don’t know if you would like the food, but the waiters here have a terrible attitude. They do not accept the feedback that the customers give. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at DNR17. On multiple occasions, I have received noticeably smaller portions despite paying high prices. As a paying customer, I expect consistency and value for money, but this has not been my experience. What made matters worse was the poor customer service. Some staff members were using their own language to speak among themselves while customers were present, and it appeared they were using offensive or disrespectful language. Whether directed at customers or not, this created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. The service overall was below the standard I would expect from any food establishment. Given the prices being charged, customers deserve better treatment and fair portion sizes. The fact that this has happened more than once makes the situation even more frustrating. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and improves both the customer service and the consistency of the food portions, as the current situation is unacceptable.
