Positive- dog friendly. Negative- waitress was a bit abrupt at first. Other staff were really nice. Not a welcome for a first time customer entering the cafe. Ordered - Soup and a baked potato, and a sausage for the dog. Baked potato came first and it was cold. When asked about soup they then brought it to the table after the baked potato had been presented. Surely the soup should have came first. Were were even questioned about the bread with the soup as we were having a baked potato. Still waiting for the sausage for my dog. We waited approximately 30 minutes for a cold potato and another 5 minutes for soup which was horrible and delivered after the main course. We were eating soup and cold baked potato together. Never before did we have to do this . Couldn't enjoy one course at a time. It was very expensive for what it was. My husband had the soup as I couldn't eat it. It had a horrible taste. We went back to Troon a few days later but this time we went to the cafe next door. The food was so delicious and the price was very good. You can sit outside with the dog only. Your cafe looks nice and inviting. Shame about certain staff , food and the price. Very expensive for what it was and service was terrible. Such a long time to wait and not that busy. Staff need to know that soup comes first before main meal. Won't be back I'm afraid. Dog or no dog. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £30–40

Brunch is my go to these days and drift isn't one to miss out on, I got a baked potato which ham, cheese and coleslaw salad, with an appreciated cortado with great latte art. It didn't go a miss. This is dog friendly so they will happily welcome your pooches, can't beat sitting outside people watching and mostly dog watching in the sunshine. Cakes are indulgent as well try and not order one or more Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Great wee spot in Troon! Fantastic variety of food and plenty for vegetarians at a good price. They welcome dogs and have fantastic puppuccino and pup slice- picture of our dog enjoying her pup slice! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: There are GA options!
