We had dinner at Daphne last night and had a really nice experience. It was very busy, but the service was still good and everything felt well managed. A young woman in black, who we think was the manager, stopped by our table to check on us and she was so kind and friendly. We also really loved the atmosphere. The area we were seated in was beautiful and made the whole evening feel a little more special. Overall, we had a great night and would definitely come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We dined at Dafne last night and sat on the patio. The experience was unacceptable. Overgrown plants pressed into our backs, making it hard to sit. The fish smelled off and arrived without sauce. When I asked, I was told no extra sauces were available, then given one that didn’t fit the dish. Flies were constant, landing in drinks and on food, and shockingly, a pigeon pooped near us twice, once on my companion, then on me. Staff cleaned up but never offered to relocate us until the bill arrived, which was too late. Despite all of this, nothing was comped, not even a drink. We were fully charged and still expected to tip. For a place that wants to present itself as upscale, the food, service, and handling of basic issues were far below that standard. We left feeling overcharged and ignored. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
