Went for our anniversary- again- with happy anticipation. We were severely disappointed by the arrogance and attitude of the staff. The food was good/ok, but at €500+ for a menu and wine - were surprised at the cold ambiance and also a bit shocked that the two small “top ups” on the wine was charged at an additional €18 each (no acknowledgment to us of the extra charge) . We left pretty disgusted. We had eaten there a few of times in the past für „occasions” and enjoyed the meals (€~350_€400 previously) When we were served rabbit, we asked for a substitute for the rabbit course (we have pet rabbits) , we were told quite succinctly that there were no substitutes to be had/made. I would have settled for some more of virtually anythingthey said no. We were finally given two slices of bread. The waiter was really appallingly rude throughout the evening. It was not our best anniversary dinner. and a very expensive mistake Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: Was served rabbit and when I mentioned it was against my beliefs (we have pet rabbits) We were told that there were no substitutes. A bit later, we were brought two more slices of bread as a substitute.

Dear Ms. Becca,Thank you very much for visiting us in March and for your candid, recent Google review.We regret that you found your visit so disappointing. Since we always ask at the beginning if you have any food intolerances or dishes you don’t eat, and since Mr. Hettinger cooks everything himself, we were unfortunately unable to address the issue after the meal had been served. We consider it fair that our wine pairing includes one glass per course and that we charge for refills accordingly, since as a guest you only pay for what you have drunk and not a higher flat rate.We are already working on improving transparency here.Your hosts,Andreas Hettinger and Andreas LutzRestaurant Délice

I have pretty high expectations when I visit Michelins restaurants and restaurant Délice didn’t disappoint me. The service was impeccable and the food, ingredients and flavour was paired really well together. Loving all the dishes but want to specially mention on the monkfish, love how the monkfish was done, it was so chewy, flavourful with the milk base and the combination was just unthought of. The final dessert is also worth mentioning with the various textures and the nice passionfruit sorbet. I didn’t regret my choice. And to the team, keep it up!! If I have another chance to visit Stuttgart I’ll definitely be back again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
