Lots of fake reviews on here, it's a takeaway kebab shop not a dine-in restaurant. Seems to have changed owners recently and the food quality has taken a nose dive. I will not be buying from here again. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

As a previously loyal customer who has enjoyed several positive experiences with Turkish Delight Kebab House in the past, I am incredibly disappointed to report a severe decline in their standard of food and service. Regrettably, following my delivery last weekend, they have lost my custom entirely. I paid £17.29 for a "Large" Chicken Shish Kebab with salad (no additional sides or sauces). Based on their promotional imagery and premium pricing, I expected a generous portion. Instead, what arrived was a gross misrepresentation of a "Large" meal. I received merely 10 minuscule pieces of chicken on a single skewer, accompanied by a remarkably sparse salad consisting of three slices of tomato, three slices of cucumber, and a spoonful of cabbage. The value for money was frankly unacceptable. Furthermore, the order arrived via Deliveroo in a highly compromised and unhygienic state. The outer paper packaging was completely soaked through with a substantial, greasy wet stain, raising immediate cross-contamination concerns. To compound the issue, the restaurant's in-house driver struggled to locate my clearly provided address. Upon handing over the substandard order, he explicitly acknowledged the poor quality, promised to return with a replacement, and then completely ignored my follow-up text messages. When I attempted to contact the restaurant directly to resolve the matter professionally, my calls were entirely ignored. This experience represents a complete waste of money and a clear breach of basic consumer standards. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere until this establishment addresses its severe portion control, hygiene, and customer service issues.
