Poor quality food, and a mix of super friendly staff to grumpy ones. We're staying in the attached hotel, but actually paying more to move to a different hotel. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The hotel is really fantastic! Surely a best spot to stay if you are here in London. The room is large enough and tastefully and well decorated. Service is really excellent. Upon entering in this place, the doorman assists and welcomes me with a smile. All the hotel staffs are very accommodating and attentive.
