More goodies from Staines food court. The prawn rice roll and glutinous rice with preserved sausage was actually proper and better than most sub par ones in Hong Kong. Even though it had cooled down, the wrap was still intact, not too soft or oily and didn't still to the paper. It was nice already without the overly sweet soy sauce which is sweeter than some others. The glutinous rice was seriously good, loved the chewy texture of the rice where each grain of rice is distinct. The preserved sausages were finely chopped which was better in my opinion because they are subtle as opposed to fatty waxy slices. The spring onions were delicious making it not so heavy with the grassiness.

My favourite part of the Staines Food Court. Dim Sum Inn does all their dim sum very well. Their crispy prawn parcels are the best I have ever had. Everything is cooked fresh and service is friendly and helpful. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Prawn Dumplings
