We visited Dine & Dim with our family and had a really enjoyable experience. We ordered a variety of dishes and honestly, I was surprised by how consistently good everything was. It’s rare that we try a restaurant where every dish we order is enjoyable! The portions are generous and perfect for sharing, making it a great choice for families or larger groups. I love that they offer all-day dim sum, so you don’t have to rush in the morning like traditional dim sum spots. The restaurant has a nice balance between traditional Chinese flavours and a more modern atmosphere. It feels comfortable bringing the whole family, including young children — they have highchairs and booster seats available. Another bonus is the location — it’s right beside a supermarket, which makes it really convenient to grab groceries after a family meal. Overall, a great spot for dim sum, family gatherings, and anyone looking for a comfortable Chinese dining experience in Toronto. Would definitely come back! I went to Dine & Dim for lunch this afternoon with my family (5 people) and found the dishes relatively fresh and tasty and the service was prompt and courteous. When I got home I noticed a charge of $7.50 on the bill for tea, already at the table, that we hadn't ordered. Is this a common practice to inflate the bill? Also, felt the charge of $15.00 for a plate of stir-fried green beans was a little excessive. I have dined at that location several times when it was The Pearl Court and I find the new Restaurant more expensive compared to some of the other Dim Sum restaurants.
