A Truly Exceptional Family Experience — Seven Stars If I Could! My family and I had a wonderful dining experience at Dishoom Manchester. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. What made our visit truly special, however, was the outstanding service provided by Pranav (Server 221). He treated us and our children with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism. His warm manner, attentiveness, and thoughtful hospitality made every member of our family feel comfortable, valued, and happy throughout the evening. It is rare to meet someone who combines such high professionalism with sincere kindness. Pranav transformed a family meal into a memorable and joyful experience for us. He is a true credit to Dishoom and deserves special recognition from the management. The food, atmosphere, and exceptional service were all first-class. If I could give this restaurant seven stars, I certainly would. We left extremely happy and look forward to returning with our family again. Had a fantastic time at Dishoom Manchester. I've previously visited the London and Edinburgh branches, and this was my third Dishoom experience. As always, the atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and full of character. A special mention to the gentleman who served us, originally from Budapest, Hungary. He was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain the menu and recommend dishes to try, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a wonderful place to dine in Manchester. Great food, excellent service, and an amazing ambience. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the city.
