I know that place since a long time. Nice to return after 10 years and seeing people from the staff recognize me and that the whole concept improved. Enjoying the roof top with some nice drinks and snack and having a great view over Cologne. Service: 5

The bar is open to visitors, not just hotel guests, which makes it a perfect hidden gem in the city. The rooftop terrace offers incredible panoramic views of Cologne, including a breathtaking view of the Cologne Cathedral. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, perfect for sunset drinks or a special night out. Drinks were great, service was professional, and the setting felt exclusive yet welcoming. If you’re looking for the best rooftop bar in Cologne, the Savoy Hotel is definitely worth a visit — even if you’re not staying there. Highly recommend stopping by for the views Service: 5
