Food is good and usually comes out to a consistent standard each visit. Service is awful with inattentive and poorly trained staff. There are a couple of hero staff members here that carry the rest of the team but unfortunately this isn't enough and on this visit they weren't here. There seems to be a high turnover of staff meaning you rarely see the same faces and this is evident in the general lack of training of or care from the service team. Every time we visit there is usually some sort of problem and on this occasion we were seated and left alone for 25 mins before we had to get up and find someone to take our order. Arrived 11.30 for free birthday scones and coffees on Dobbies card. No scones, not arrived, and no decaff coffee. The fabric seating is dirty, needs suitable replacement. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
