Dogh is a lovely small cafe, the food was excellent we had Yorkshire Rarebit & a Chicken Caesar wrap. The staff were friendly & helpful. Dog friendly inside which is important for us. Would recommend a visit if in area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Usually we have a nice experience in Dogh but today was disappointing. My dad and I like to come here as their coffees and sandwiches are lovely. They still are, but we were met with poor attitude and left feeling uncomfortable. There was a lady behind the till (late 30's brown hair, tied up.) Didn't smile, didn't welcome us and when we told her we were just going to think as we looked at the menu board she huffed and kept asking if we were ready waspishly. We were barely there a few minutes and when ordering she seemed irritated throughout which was surprising as me and my dad did nothing but be polite. There was also no que behind us, it was a quiet day. She didn't offer any bags and we ordered a few things for a picnic. We stood waiting for our sandwiches at which she rudely pointed at our items and said ''Can you pick that up?'' again, irritated. I told my dad not to rush and she stared at me grumpily. We are customers, we weren't rude or taking up a lot of time. There was no need. When my drink arrived (a milkshake) it was not blended enough and she put the tiniest amount of cream on top. It usually comes with a chocolate drizzle, today it didn't. Despite the tense atmosphere I thanked her. She sharply replied ''Bye!''. When coming out for a nice day you don't expect such hostility especially as we're polite, paying customers. You should be patient, kind and welcoming. If I saw she was behind the till next time, I'd probably not go in. Her colleague (also brown hair, tied up) however, was lovely. Smiled and spoke in a polite, friendly manner. I'm sure this is a one off but it made the experience unpleasant which it didn't need to be. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I am sorry about the milkshake not being up to standard, I will make sure training is done on this so everyone knows how they should be made.
